A Mississippi native, Nia earned her undergraduate degrees in Journalism and Communications from Mississippi State University in Starkville, Mississippi. She then went on to attend the University of Mississippi School of Law in Oxford, Mississippi. While in law school, Nia represented neglected and abused children through the Child Advocacy Clinic, gaining invaluable experience advocating for those who often cannot fight for themselves.
After earning her law degree in 2019, Nia relocated to Dallas, Texas, where she has been serving clients diligently ever since. With a steadfast commitment to upholding consumers’ rights, she has spent her legal career fighting for individuals harmed by the negligent, deceptive, and fraudulent actions of unscrupulous businesses.
Before joining Allen Stewart P.C., Nia worked at a plaintiffs’ firm representing individuals and communities devastated by the opioid crisis. In this role, she was part of a determined legal team working to hold pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors accountable for their deceptive marketing and irresponsible distribution strategies, which contributed to this nation’s ongoing opioid epidemic.
Nia’s dedication to helping those who have been wronged by corporations fuels her passion and drives her to be a dependable and tenacious advocate for her clients.
Outside of the office, Nia enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family.
